Wholesale JFHS Composite Screen with Multi deck Supplier, Factories

Product Description

1
Innovative Screening Principle: Screen in sections. The whole screen machine does not vibrate; only the sieve is vibrating.

The unit composite screen is different from the traditional vibrating screen. The side plate, top cover and base of the screen machine are fixed parts, only the screen and vibration exciter assembly participate in the vibration.

2

Secondary Vibration Advantage: The vibrating screen mesh is composed of special steel bars and frames, and the bars are arranged longitudinally. In addition to the vibration of the whole sieve mesh, there is an activity gap for each rod, and the secondary vibration can eliminate the bonding problem of wet coal to the sieve mesh to the greatest extent.

3

Environmental Protection: Under the working and mining conditions of coal-fired power plants, the vibrating screen is generally made into a closed structure, so that the dust cannot be released, responding to strict environmental protection requirements.

4

Dynamic Stress Reduction: Because the screen body does not vibrate and the screen mesh vibrates, the dynamic stress of the sieve machine is reduced to the minimum. This allows the amplitude to be greatly increased while the dynamic load is significantly reduced.

5

Efficiency & Cost: The shaker screen has few vibration parts and is the least powerful of all screen machines. Mesh bars are easily worn parts, but the cost of bars is low. The low running cost is incomparable with traditional screen machines.

6

Intelligent Control: Generally, the vibro screen is driven by 1-6 motors, with a starting time interval of 6-8 seconds. The machine starts in a forward direction and stops in a reverse direction to achieve the goal of empty car starting. The electrical control system manages the whole equipment's start, stop, manual control, and remote control actions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the core difference between a unit composite screen and a traditional vibrating screen?
Unlike traditional screens where the entire machine vibrates, the unit composite screen features a fixed side plate, top cover, and base. Only the screen mesh and vibration exciter assembly participate in the vibration, significantly reducing dynamic stress.
How does this equipment solve the problem of wet material clogging?
The screen uses special longitudinal steel bars with activity gaps. This design creates a "secondary vibration" that effectively prevents wet coal or materials from bonding to and clogging the mesh.
Is the unit composite screen suitable for environmentally sensitive areas?
Yes. For applications like coal-fired power plants, the screen is designed with a fully closed structure to prevent dust emission, ensuring compliance with environmental protection standards.
Why is the power consumption lower than other screening machines?
Because the large body of the machine remains stationary and only the functional screening components move, it requires significantly less energy. It is considered one of the least powerful yet most efficient screen machines available.
How does the motor startup sequence work?
The equipment is driven by 1-6 motors. To ensure a smooth start and avoid power surges, each motor starts at intervals of 6-8 seconds. It starts in a forward direction and stops in reverse to ensure the screen is empty for the next cycle.
Can the screening process be managed remotely?
Yes, the electrical control system is designed for versatility, supporting manual operation, local control, and remote control for full integration into plant automation systems.
