Brief Introduction

The intelligent slag removing machine is installed at the end of the roller of the belt conveyor or below the hopper. The screen surface is composed of numerous stainless steel or polyurethane rollers arranged in parallel. These rollers are fixed to the shell through bearing seats, with rotation driven by sprockets at both ends.
The rotation direction and speed are managed via PLC control to facilitate optimal material flow. Power is supplied by K-series helical gear reducers on both sides, providing bidirectional drive. To ensure operational safety and prevent material jams, it features a safety protection device and a rotating mechanism for field-adjustable angles.
