Introduction

Hammer Crusher is an impact rotor crusher with hammer. After the material enters the crusher, it is crushed by the ring hammer which rotates with the rotor at high speed. At the same time, the broken materials obtain functions from outside the ring hammer, rush to the broken plate at a high speed, suffer secondary crushing, and then fall onto the sieve plate, which is further broken by the shearing, extrusion, grinding of the ring hammer and the interaction between materials, and then discharged through the sieve plate. The debris that cannot be broken enters the metal collector and is removed periodically.

Operating Requirements: The compressive strength of the material shall not exceed 100Mpa and the surface moisture shall not exceed 15%.
